Who We Are
Arbor View Properties is a small business and we’re small on purpose. It keeps us nimble and more customer focused.
Brad Woodall is the founder of the company. For many years, Brad was the business. Answering the phones, going on appointments, doing the books, etc. Over the past few years, Brad has been able to build a team to help Arbor View Properties grow and provide better service.
Missy is our Leads Manager and office support person. Whenever you call into the office, you’ll likely speak with Missy. She’s the sweet southern voice on the phone to help answer any questions you might have.
Joel is the newest member of our team. Joel is our Home Buying Specialist. He’ll likely be the person meeting with you at your house to walk through the property and discussing our offers on your house. Once you have met with Joel, he’ll be your point of contact through the entire process.

Brad Woodall
Brad is a licensed Georgia real estate agent (license# 375415) with Red Barn Real Estate LLC in Woodstock, GA, and a member of the 400North Board of Realtors. Brad is an Atlanta native.
Brad has had a love for real estate and renovating houses his entire life. As a child, Brad was always assisting his parents with some sort of home renovation project. Brad purchased his first home when he was 21 years old and quickly began diving into his own home renovation projects. Brad quickly realized that his true passion in life was real estate. Brad is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship.
Brad has 13+ years of experience in the corporate world outside of real estate doing everything from working in customer service, Investigating credit card fraud, mobile phone insurance & device fraud, SQL coding, and data warehousing, performing data analytics, and Risk Management. Brad also owned and managed a small landscape maintenance & turf care company for many years called Foothills Landscapes.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, being outside every chance he can get, working on cars, off-roading his Toyotas, woodworking, and the occasional round of golf (when his busy schedule permits).
